still stiction after changing seals and bushings

I am nearly done with changing the seals whipers and bushings in my 97' YZ250, but there is still considerably mor friction in one side tahn the other. On one side you can extend the leg and let the top tube go and it will slide with almost no friction. The other side though needs a little tap at the top and slides slowly through the bottom part.

I am changing every thing to get rid of the stiction, but it didn't help. There are no nicks or roughness on anything that I can see.
Does anybody know what could cause this?

Maybe one of your fork is bend ??
