I needed to do that for a very stressed meeting I had yesterday (Monday). I would usually have planned to take all my notes home on Friday and reviewed stuff over the weekend and would end up ruining the weekend for my wife and kids, but I didn't. I left everything at work and coached my sons Soccer team on Saturday, went to Church on Sunday and had a good time on the weekend.Tony Eeds said:Stress Management
So, before you return home tonight, put the burden of work down. Don't carry it home. You can pick it up tomorrow. Whatever burdens you're carrying now, let them down for a moment if you can. Relax, then pick them up later after you've rested.
A truly happy person is one who can enjoy the scenery on a detour.
