hey, i was thinkin about doin some suspension mods on my 1993 cr125, i wanted to put race tech fork springs, race tech shock spring, race tech fork gold valve, and race tech shock gold valve, but havent heard about gold valves, do they do alot? i mean is it worth $300? thanks.

The race tech kits are a great way to lean about suspension or I should say a good place to start. You may not need springs check your sag measurements first, also Eric Gorrs book should help you a little. good luck
