Ok my bike runs great and rides a little rough. But I bought it used from a fella that weighed about 40 lbs more then me and I have never adjusted the suspension. I weigh about 155 to 160 and was hoping somebody could tell me how to tune the bike to loosen it up correctly. thanks!
