Suzuki DR125 and RM125 parts compatability?

Hello all!
First off, I'm still familiarizing myself with this forum, so if this topic is in the wrong board, mods please feel free to move.

Anyways,
I just recently bought a 1986 Suzuki DR125!
Looks almost exactly like the RM125 of that year, however it has a headlight and a taillight.
I've noticed parts are a bit more tricky to come across for the DR125. Seat covers and original plastics just to name a few.

With that factor in mind, I was wondering if most of the engine parts and overal bike parts are compatable between the models.
I'm really looking for a new bike seat cover. All I have is the foam, however I cannot find one for the DM, only the RM.

Typically if a part fits more than one model it will be noted. Also the DR series is a 4 stroke engine design & the RM is a 2 stroke.
