I seem to be stuck on my powervalve actuator arm spring assembly (1995 rm 250). I need just a visual, massively helped would I be if someone with a manual to a 1994-2001 rm125/250 could provide a picture of this particular assembly, my email is [email protected]. I know you guys are wizzes with providing visual aids (whether it be concerning dirt bikes or not, hehe). I appreciate.

I've got the manual at home for the 01, I can copy the page and scan it or fax it if you'd like. It won't be till monday though, if that's not to late. If you've pulled the bolt out through the actuator portion from the valve it self, it's real tough to get it back into place. There is some pressure you have to deal with in regards to the spring and trying to get it back together. You have to twist the upper small arm into the spring and force the bolt through whilst holding it all together. It's easier to put it back on in the bike verses having it all out and trying to do it. Trust me, I did mine at DW, in the grass, at night with numerous DRN "buddies" offering all sorts of help!:) If you still need that picture after the weekend, post ot and I'll take care of it for you. Good luck

lmurrayking,

Check your email.  I scanned a page from my manual for a '01 RM250.  I used to live in Duval county, right by Orange Park Mall while on active USN.  I miss the happy hours at the oyster bars.  Ah, those were the days.
