I was talking to my wife last night and I mentioned that I want a dirt bike. I told her that I have been thinking about it for years and I'm going crazy on my days off. I need a hobby and this is what I want to do. I expected her to give me some flak because I get ideas in my head all the time, but she was perfectly fine with it. She even told me that she would get me riding gear for Christmas. I think she knows it will keep me from bouncing off the walls. My truck is for sale and when it sells I will be looking for a bike and smaller truck like a Tacoma. So hopefully I will have one within the next month or two! Looking forward to talking to you all.

Awesome! My wife said the same thing to me a couple of months ago for me and our son! Now I'm having an affair with a 2004 CR 125! What kind of riding do you want to do trails, motocross? both? :)

Haji, I'll mostly be riding in the desert. I have noticed a few MX tracks here and there so I may hit some of those when I get comfortable again. I haven't been riding for about ten years. I rode for a year when I was in the Navy, but I sold my bike when I got out because I had no way to get it home.
I was talking to friend about it and he is going to get one too. I have another good friend that is sure to get one as well. My wife bought me a nice watch and a pair of Oakley Crosshairs for my Birthday. I think I'm going to take the Oakleys back and get a pair of riding boots. I already have two pairs of Oakleys and a pair of Raybans. I don't need that many glasses.
Now if I could just sell my truck. I have a 2000 F-250 with a 7.3L. I haven't had a single call yet. Damn fuel prices! Nobody wants a big truck right now!!!
