After years of saying "I have to do something", riding and reading this board actually gave the the push, and the way to do something. After seeing posts about BFL, I inquired here, and then started eating better, and exercising last week. Riding on Sunday was a big surprise. I am normally beat at the end of the day, and I actually came home a jumped a little rope. (very little:p )
I also went through the first week in memory not getting up from a single meal and moaning because I had eaten too much.
