I guess Kelvin could lay down his jacket and you could walk on that!:)
Kelvin, just drop some of her shoes in a line towards the shed, she'll follow them right into her new home!:D When she gets inside, spin it around so the door faces the opposite direction, she'll get confused and walk out into the woods!:):)

I've added some more furniture to my haven. I picked up some of those folding chair thingys with the cup holders for adult beverages! I also put my dogs bed in there so she can sleep while I wrench on the elk or whatever.

She's hinting around the idea of now putting my pool table in there now cause she wants it outta the livingroom:(

man, the garage is the mans space, and if comprimise is a compoment of the relationship, build her a shed, or get her to pay for a storage unit. Hell, I call the shots here, I respect her, but I pay for it...

Great idea with the shoe trail. She's got enough that i could have the trail go around the block prior to making it to the shed. That will give her some of the excersize that she needs.

She's smarter than you think. If i turn the shed around she'll figure out how to get out of that doggie door. :confused:

Mrs. Elk has been in front of the tv for the past day and a half, Suzanne Somers is on with her stupid jewelry!:moon: This is the first chance I got the phone! That's alright though, I went to Sears this morning and added to my tool vault :) I got my own gems in there:):)

well, guys....I have the opposite problem, so it goes both ways!
we started with a 1 car garage, and I parked my car in their since his truck didn't fit. Then, my car was kicked out for his bike and tools. Then he decided the area wasn't big enough, and built a 40X60 pole barn, which I'm not allowed in ;) (unless I want to do bike maintenance!)
Now the ultimate insult has happened.
He put a HONDA sticker on the refridgerator the other day. Now he not only controls the garage and the shop, but he's invading my territory ;)
On second thought, I spose you all think this has worked out perfectly......

ok, ok, I give!
I guess I'm not really your typical missus anyway, I bring my bike into my own kitchen, and I LOVE the smell of DW40 and 2 stroke exhaust :D
I just wanted to complain about the Honda sticker on the fridge..it would be another story if it said KTM LOL

Just stick a KTM sticker over that Honda sticker when he is not home. :)

I agree. Two smoke frangrance in the kitchen far excells over fresh home-baked apple pie (way too far over rated). I'm half- baked over WD-40......compares with the smell of ring boloni, in my totally, unimporant opinion.

Holley, any experiences with radiator coolant? I hear it's a good kitchen cleaner, and the frangrance isn't bad either. Don't let the dogs and kids near it though.

Happy cooking--but be sure to keep that two-smoke far from the kitchen stove.

hahaha....nope we don't RUN the bikes in the kitchen LOL...although with the way I cook, you probably couldn't tell the difference. I'm not too good in the culinary dept either :D. Radiator coolant smells great too!

Here's a great recipe for mock meatloaf that I got out of my new KTM shop manual. Take one, old and nasty foam air filter, add just a touch of pre-mix and WD-40, marinate for one hour in carb cleaner, wrap in tin foil (and old seat cover will work too), and bake at 350 degrees for one hour. (Not good to stand around the oven when baking.)

Looks just like meatloaf! And you wouldn't believe the frangrances wafting around the kitchen! What a nice change from ham on Easter.

I like spraying WD-40 or brake cleaner in the garage and having the scent get sucked into the house! That'll break her away from Suzanne Somers! Firing up the elk does the same thing too.:)

Hey! I like this idea of two stokes in the kitchen.....two steps and a spin to the left and there is the easy-off to clean the power valves! And while I am at it,I think I'll run to Home Depot so I can lengthen the sprayer thingy next to the faucet so i can wash the bike too! Hmmmmmm.....maybe a floor drain also right in the middle of the floor would make things reeeal convenient : ))) By the way....A porterhouse marinated in Maxima super-M make for fiiiine eatin! garrr-own-teeeed!

Don't underestimate that InSinkerator in the kitchen sink, either. Drain oil? Chunks, rags and all. What a great unit!

Need a wide resevoir for bathing that chain? Look no farther than the kitchen sink, and keep those Cannon bath towels handy.

Hey, and another Wolfgang Puck item from my KTM shop manual: Golden Spectro Gear Oil--it even makes ring boloni taste good.

Holley, you just keep tuning in. Won't be long, and they'll want to interview you for Kitchen World Magazine. There's no such thing as being "not too good in the culinary department." If I recall correctly, this is the same way Martha Stewert got her start. She used to love that familiar sound of ring-ding-ding in the kitchen. But then she became embarassed and moved into the garden. Silly woman. What a mistake!

well, we have a parts cleaner, and somehow, the filters STILL get cleaned in the kitchen sink ;)

Let's see, what things do I do in the kitchen that sends Mrs. Elk through the roof?

1) Use the kitchen towels to gather up all the loose food and crumbs then leave them balled up on the counter for her to open in the morning while having the contents tossed about!

2) Wash her plastic measuring device thingy with the scrubby part of the sponge.

3) Use the counter as a staging area for ALL my stuff!

4) Cook something on the stove that requires ALOT of butter which in turns sends the particles airbourne to contaminate the entire kitchen, floor, ceiling and walls. Ooops!

5) Leave some type of food out on the counter so the stupid cats can attack it during their nightly expeditions.

I'll think of more later.
