Umm, kitchen transgressions.

Ever used the oven to heat up cases to get bearings out?

The diswasher is a great parts cleaner. Why else is the handy little basket in there?

The sink holds multiple chains.

That little plastic measure thingy makes a great emergency ratio rite.

If they were really dish towels, wouldn't they be round?

It said, "cuts grease" on the label.............

I thought that was why we got a stainless steel sink to begin with.

The hose thingy isn't for washing your boots? What about the sponge doohickey?

In cold weather......... WHAT A GREAT WORKING PLATFORM THAT KITCHEN TABLE MAKES. I use a folded ironing board for a ramp. Kitchen chairs help you to reach all levels. Who need's a heated garage?

And if your fussy about exhaust fumes, just run a hose from your bike to the kitchen stove exhaust fan. Life is so simple. (NOTE: These kitchen ideas work so much better if you have an absent, working wife.)

What are ya, a Chinese acrobat or something?!

I did try and heat a hard boiled egg once in the microwave, un-peeled. "POP"!

5) Leave some type of food out on the counter so the stupid cats can attack it during their nightly expeditions.

I had a cat that got up on the kitchen counter once  It ate some of my steak. It died of lead poisoning moments later.

Don't forget, tupperware containers make for excellent parts storage boxes.:p

"What are you a Chineses Acrobat or something?"

I guess it would be even simpler if I could just run a chain hoist from the kitchen light. Ironing boards aren't the strongest things.

And I'm also thinking about using that smelly old cedar chest for a kitchen toolbox...or maybe just the crisper drawers in the fridge. Wow! Look at all the empty shelves on the fridgerator door. A kitchen is a terrible thing to waste.

Frying bacon! Hehehe, I forgot about that one. I have to use a lid when I do it. Ever try and flip bacon, under a lid? As soon as I lift the lid, all the grease and steam goes flying and of course, I turn the fan on, AFTER I've already let out the contaminents.

My freakin cats do burn outs on anything that will support their weight. I've got two so maybe if one disappears, she really wouldn't notice.:think

Tupperware containers have been banned from my use. I usually heat up my spaghetti in them on high for about 30 minutes! They become unrecognizable after that.:) That way I can use them in the garage cause she just wants to throw them away. Makes my parts and bolts and stuff smell like sauce for a while though.

Ever swat a fly on the ceiling with a magazine? It leaves a colorful streak with a leftover fly body at the end. She freaks out when I do that but I told her it was a type of faux painting.

Tips for the cat in the dryer:

1. use gentle cycle and short runs, really great for grooming--and make sure the cat is declawed. (claws very tough on dryer barrel). If PETA finds out about this mild treatment, human abuse is much less, sometimes even somewhat gratifying.

2. Add fabric softner, lots of it. You wouldn't believe how this can change the appearance of kitty. Wives have been know to shoo them out of the house thinking they are strange visitors. But the smell is so nice--like car deoderant. I don't reccommend adding dye.

3. After a short spin, this is an excellent time to retrain the cat. They seem to listen so much better. They also don't show up much after these grooming sessions. But, nobody really seems to miss them.
