The lack of outside sponsorship at sx/mx

Isn't it amazing how 65000 people come to watch a supercross race,, and very few of the bikes have sponsors outside the mx industry? I know subway and butterfinger are jumping in the sport,, I'd think this would be a perfect sport for pepsi and others to get in and get a bike sponsored and get their product noticed in a growing sport that has few outside companies taking notice. Maybe we could all write to a company or two and maybe someone their will take notice.. I know i drink red bull and eat butterfingers now and then just because they did some sponsorship, so it must work.

I just bought a Samsung LCD monitor and yes when it came down to comparing two options I factored in their involvement in the sport.

SX/MX has a LOT more outside involvement than Roadracing.

Its starting too happen IMHO, great too see companies like Sansung, Makita, Butterfinger getting involved.. DOnt want too grow too fast, grow smart..
