the view from my office window at home

today as I was cleaning the sensor I noticed some wildlife outside. Don't c&c it I know they aren't great shot from inside with a 400 telefoto thru a dirty window 45 feet away. :blah:

That must be at a fast shutter speed, its wings are barely blurred. I have always thought humming birds were cool.

I agree about them being fun to watch. Our new house has them all around it sometimes up to 7 or 8 at a time at the feeder

Nice shot. I like the red, what is it, 12 gauge THHN wire holding the feeder. Seems like everything you buy now a days needs modification right out of the box. :bang:

Today I tried to clean it up a bit but still using a cheapy tele 400 thru the window glass and 40 feet away. Next week I am going to try getting outside right by the feeder

The hummingbird is waving :). Hummingbirds are the only birds I do like. We don't get any around here though...
