We're currently (daylight savings) 13 hours ahead of GMT. Max we can go is 12 hours, so our post times will always be 1 hour behind real time. Any way of being able to change this?
The other thing is, it tells me it's, say, 7pm, but according to my details under the nick, it's saying 10am. Any reason this is? I'm sooo confused, but at least I know tomorrow's Friday (may not know what any other day is, but Friday I do know - Sat & Sun - ride days).
Cheers

In your user cp, you can change the time off-set. Click the "options" section, it's in there.

I've checked & can't see anything about the clock under the user name. Max the choice of local time is +12. But 1 hour difference I can live with.
Currently it says 10.57pm local time, but I'm about to head out the door for work. I work days.
The time of this post will be about 6am. It's about 7am. I can live with this. Makes it look like I'll be on time for work ;) (okay early).
I know we've had this discussion before. I'm not thick. I do adjust my time for non-daylight savings time (11 hours difference to GMT).
No disrespect intended. I'm just not getting it. Sorry to be a pain in the butt, but I'm pedantic about some things. Others I don't give a **** about.
Other Kiwis, if you read this. Do you know what I mean? Is it me or is there something I'm missing?
Cheers

Just so you won't think it's all YOU!!

I looked at the obvious (as you already have) and it's obvious (as you already know) that your situation is obviously not covered in the user cp (obviously not a big surprise).

Don't consider yourself a PITB, PITA, pedantic or giving a ****.

It's not you.
You didn't miss a thing.

TGIF to you, too! Well...TGISa? Sunday? I dunno. You're talkin' to someone that is amazed at lunar cycles, moon orbital 'speed', rotation and other astronomical issues....even tides!!! (Why aren't they only once a day? I ferget).

So don't expect me to know what day it is +13GMT from here!! ;)

Cheers!!

Darn CC, now you've got me thinking about tides & why aren't they once a day, but I think it's something to do with the earth turning, but stuffed if I can remember - not even sure I ever knew.
I got caught out today as to what day it was. Races are on Sundays. Why did we race Saturday then. The funny thing was we were talking about a guy who got concussed & how he didn't know what day it was, when I piped up, of course it's Sunday lol. Maybe I hit my head once too many times on a branch or something. And then my darling husband decided instead of taking me to watch speedway, he'd take me to another race tomorrow.
Thanks for the response about the time. I really thought I must be missing something obvious. And I am a PITA, ask anyone who knows me ;)
