I'm sure this is a beaten question but here it goes: I'm looking at some intermediate treaded tires front and rear. Bike currently has Goodyear Eagle M/X II on front and Dunlop K695 on rear. They are pretty old (bike is an 87', tires are too probably!!!) Anyway, should i stick with these or does anyone have an opinion on some tread that works well with the kdx200...riding mostly woods and loose dirt.

i've got a IRC VE40 on my rear and a dunlop 756, on the front, i like the combo, i ride mostly woods, the 756 is also a good rear tire, but personally dunlops wear out too quickly

Oh no...can of worms...quick, put the top back on...

What you normally ride on (hard pack, rocks, soft dirt, snot) has a lot to do with the tire you should pick. So does your budget. Remember, one tire can't do everything well. The more you ask of your tire, the worse it will perform in other areas.

With that said the Dunlop 739 or 756 are good all around tires that cost about $60 (rear).

Now what did I do with the top of that can...

A set of S 12 's or M12's will work well and last a long time.
