Tools Required???

Here I go again...showing my ignorance.

What special tools do I really need to disassemble and reassemble the forks on my '00wr400F?

For the shock?

Assuming I have someone else re-charge the nitrogen.

Sorry DBD, I can't really help you on this one...I haven't had those forks apart...yet :) I've been sticking close to Showas only so far.

Suggest you read your manual carefully, it will usually show you any special tools you may need for specific parts of the process. You can then decide whether you can substitute another tool, or need the "real thing".
