Here is a total rookie question. I am new to dirtbiking and realize I am totally lacking in the tool dept. I would like to do a lot of my maintenance(try anyways) I was thinking of going to sears and getting a tool set that has most of the basic metric tools ect.
Any advice on where to begin would be appreciated
Thanks Canook

get a wrench and/or socket for the front and rear axle nut along with the swingarm nut. Those are big enough that you could use SAE sizes. 1 1/4 works great for the axle nut on my bike. Otherwise you only really need sizes 8, 10, 12, 14, 17, and maybe 19mm to tear it completely apart.
