Top end went well, won't start now

Did a top end, has good compression, has spark, gets gas, no start. Not even a burp. Clueless.

I think your Air/Fuel mixture is out of calibration.
Start to think in jetting direction.

take the plug out and act like youre pushstarting it, you probably got a little coolant in the crankcase

Sure you got the timing correct? You can have spark, but if it's not at the right time it won't run. Just a thought.
