Trailer tires from Harbor Freight

I need to pick up some ne 4.8 X 8 tires for my trailer. Harbor Freight has some for 29.99 mounted on the rim.

Have you guys or gals used tires from Harbor Freight? Any bad experiences?

I got some from Wal Mart for 26.99 each. If Wallly World doesnt have it, you probably dont need it.

The link below has some decent prices for trailer wheels/tires. My local Walmart doesn't bother with 'outdoorsman' type stuff, being that I'm in a more urban area (NJ). I got two wheels with tires from this place and their service was very good.

Trailer tires? Is somebody planning to tow a trailer behind their rented motorhome?

The family couldnt decide on a weekend so I told them to enjoy the tents :p

When my boy is here I need the trailer for all the bikes. I can get them in my truck but its a tight fit.

If you use those tires, be sure to put inner tubes in them. I believe those are tubeless and they will pop a bead pretty easy if you get a little off the road.

Thanks for the advice.....Everytime I put the bikes on the trailer I worry about that. I do run a strap through the tires. Hopefully if one of the main straps fail the one through the tires will hold it on the trailer.
