I am 17 years old, am 5'6 and weigh about 135 pounds. I haven't ridden a dirtbike since I was prolly 9 and was wondering what would be better a TTR125-L or a CRF150-F. I am not sure if there is much of a difference or anything and don't know much about bikes. I am also not very mechanically inclined so want one I am not going to have to always work on, and I want a 4-stroke. Any other suggestions on a dif. bike would be great to. I jsut want to know what would be a good bike in the woods. Thanks

I think either one of these bikes would be fine, and both are nearly bulletproof. Clean the air filter regularly, change the engine oil once in a while, keep the chain adjusted and lubed, and spray some WD40 on the pivot points of the levers, footpegs, etc. after you wash it.

dude, that is way to small for you. My 10 year old son is on a TTR 125, great bike but unless you are racing in the mini's not enough. We have a CRF 230 that is great in the mountains and at the river, very calm but good speed if you want it. What type of riding are you planning and fit one to it. If you undersize you will be disappointed very quickly. My wife just went through that on the 125.

I think both of those bikes would be good for you. My friend about 5'4 has a XR 100 and at 5'6 and probably not growing i would consider getting anyone of those bikes
