TUF PowerSports Closed??

Went for a ride down at the indoor track in Waterman yesterday and heard that TUF PowerSports had closed it's doors a couple weeks ago. A little more searching and it sounds like ProSource also closed. Can anyone confirm? TUF has been around for quite a while. The economic times are sure starting to hit home...

I have NO info, but I've heard rumors that it isn't all related to the economy either.
