Type of YZ125?

Hey guys I'm looking to buy a Clymer manual for my bike but when I goto pick my model there is like 10 different YZ125's for my year, theres a YZ125 and then a bunch like YZ125A and YZ125B. How do I know which one is my model?

look at your motor or frame were the front end connects to it.

What year are you looking for? As far as I know a YZ125 is a YZ125. There might be different designators in different countries but I think North Dakota is still accepted as part of the US market :)

Haha I hope so :) It's a 1989 YZ125.

The letter following the "125" is how Yamaha designates the model year. I believe that a 1989 would be a "W".
