250F's were running good in the 125 class. It just happens that there a lot of the really talented riders were on 125s. The Yamaha of Troy's 250F's were smoking... too bad Brock didn't ride the second moto, he was looking decent. The KTM Team had their act together too, what a good showing for them. The second moto, where Metcalf backed off to allow Rhyno the podium, I dunno if I like that. It seemed Rhyno didn't exaclty like that either, you could tell by the way he was talking about it that it probably wasn't HIS idea.

Whats the deal with Sorby... does that guy have a problem? His move against Anderson (I think??) in the first moto was so uncalled for. Too bad Brock wasn't a little closer when he went down, could have made a little French Roost out of him. That kind of behavior is just uncalled for. Block passes and racing hard and close, well, thats the whole rubb'n is racing. Setting up a HARD takeout pass is uncalled for. This guy should be DQ'd. Lets not forget Supercross this winter, he was pretty phsyco then too.

Jesseman's leap out of the Cavity was pretty insane, looked like it freaked Langston out a little! If that kid could catch a good start, he's got the speed to make some really good racing. What a fun class the 125's are this year.

Super rat>>> I've been to the Dilla a few times in person, and its not super terrible, espcially this year. If there was ever a track that favored shear power, Unadilla is it. RC would real Kevin in the tigher spots, Kevin would stretch it right back out in the back half of hills and straights. Those guys were both riding so good, what awesome racing. And I gotta give RC props, that guy is a GOOD competitor, always congratulates and credits somebody who can pressure him, or even straight up beat him, as he admits that Windham did. Sport needs more guys like that. I'd wash his bike any day!

Sorby crashed out of Moto 1 and was DQ'ed in the 2nd moto for cutting the track.  His move on Anderson was pretty low class.  My guess is he plans to go back to Europe and doesn't care how many bridges he burns here - that's how he is riding anyway.

Jesseman was awesome.  He'll be 125 champ someday, IMO.

Re: RC's streak, I also think it was the most amazing in the sport's history.  I believe he has won 21 straight nationals.  Twenty of those were 250 Nats.    Only two other riders won more than twenty 250 Nationals in their entire career - Hannah and RJ.  You could make a long list of great riders, combine their career 250 win totals and come up with less than RC's consecutive streak.

re:  my previous point about 20 straight wins in the 250 nationals, the following list of riders has a combined total of twenty 250 National wins in their CAREERS:

Broc Glover, JM Bayle, Marty Smith, Johnny O'Mara, Jim Pomeroy, David Bailey, Greg Albertyn and David Vuillemin.

Edit:  Add Travis Pastrana (zero 250 wins) to the list.

Sorry rat, until you've ridden it, which I highly doubt, you have no more right telling me it's a hard track than I have telling you it's easy.

'the track to which all are judged'? Show me the data. Who said it besides you, when, where? PROVE it.

Not a single damn double or triple. I saw 3 jumps in the whole thing...2 TABLES (whoooeeee), and one coming out of gravity cavity.

I realize what makes this track technical is it's terrain, nevertheless...when I look at it and realize I could go
WFO on my KX500 and have a lot of fun, it must SUCK. Because I suck.

As far as the 125's, that question's already been answered. Read again.

I have raced the Dilla back around 1991 when they ran the amature races on the big track saturday. I have raced all of the east coast national tracks except steel city. The Dilla is the roughest track I have ever ridden except Sothwick and Etown NJ.

Dude I wasn't calling you out, I was just saying you don't see how steep the hills are, the ruts and bumps on the tube. But if you think that triples are what make a track hard maybe troy is more your cup of tea.

It was definalty very smooth this year, compared to other years... I was one of the first ones on the track after the last race, it wasn't nearly as rutted up as I've seen it in the past. It really is a WFO everywhere track.
