Anyone remember when I broke my hand against the cinder block wall? Well I went to the doctors a while ago and he said I have tendenitce (sp?) and thats my have hurts real bad after riding a while, he told me to take a few advil before I go riding and I should have no problem.
Now for the update from my other injury. Anyone remember when I hit that tree on my trail and I dented my tank with my "package". Well I'm back into the swim season again and my shoulder is really bothering me again. after the practice and the day after my should is sore and it swells up. I'm going to try to go to the doctor soon to see what damage I did this time.
