Pics of the cylinder that I have. Was already ported, seems more like a smoothing job. But there is not a lot else there to do. I did a small amount of clean up work on the existing job.

What paint code/manufacturer?

Assuming it is paint did you prime it first, and with what?

Nice job, lets have some more pics when you get some of it back together.

thats odd a have a spare KDX 200 frame at the powder coaters right now getting a slightly lighter shade of gray

The frame I stripped it down with some 3m wheels.

The paint is a plastikote CC9072

I have seen a lot of bikes with this color on the frame now. The RMs use to as do the new 03 kxs. This is just a shade darker.
