US Dealer Recommendation?

There is a group of us in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada - who have been working with a couple dealers in the US for ordering thousands of dollars worth of parts on a monthly basis. Lately the dealer that we were dealing with has done a poor job of doing simple things that they promise to do and have been providing unacceptable customer service.d

Does anyone recommend a dealer that you think will be willing to work with us on providing discounted pricing once we prove our volume of orders and provide us with acceptable customer service?
