Vertamati seat replacement?

Guys a friend of mine needs your help. He recently bought an 02 500 Vertamati and last weekend he got run over in the first turn and destroyed his seat cover. We can get a replacement, but he wants to try to find or fabricate a gripper cover. Now for those who have never seen a Vert, it aint gonna be easy. The stock seat base is carbon fiber instead of plactic and therefore it can't be stapled on, it must be glued on.........and where on earth can we buy just the gripper material itself? Any ideas.........maybe a euro aftermarket company that makes the grippers already??????
