after puttion a new top end on my 93 RMX i noticed that the vibration increased. But it is only like that went i first start it. once it is warmed up it goes away. I don't get why this is like that. is it something that should be looked at?

Sounds like it is cold so it is shivering until it warms up. ;)

Seriously, the only thing I can think of is perhaps one of the motor mount bolts is not real tight and vibrates until the metal heats up and expands which would cause it to tighten up.

wondering if the cylinder or bottom end is getting worn and you didn't notice it until the new rings kept all of your power where it is supposed to be. then when the bike warms up the tolerances close up to a more acceptable fit. If the vibration is minimal and you checked and measured everything when you did the top end I probably wouldn't tear it back down . If you just threw a piston and rings in and the bike vibrates so bad it blurs your vision and your hands go numb I would start measuring everything.
