I got the same thing! But how is it you're from TX and I'm from RI...and we got the same score?

What frightens me is that I got nearly half those questions correct... :whiner:

45 minutes?!?!?! That sucker is 25 feet tall. I thought you had to be on the North Shore for waves like that ... at least when it is sunny anyway.

Yeah, those aren't really "redneck" questions, they are southern questions. Got a 51%.

What? Shoot I still have my '87, it's ugly, had the snot beatin' out of it, and it still runs like a champ with 199,900ish miles on it. :thumb: If you don't beleave me you could come out here and I'll take you for a little romp in the dunes...

Now I do like my '03, but the found out the hard way suspension just isn't as strong. :(

Tony- 30 of 33, impressive...

Kav- sounds familiar. 87 Jeep Cherokee 4wd. shade tree home built lift. Mudders. Custom air reservoir bumpers (my first welding project). I had a lapse of common sense and waxed it today. Don't know what I was thinking. 2 coats even. Used the colored wax you see advertised on late nite tv in a feeble attempt to cover up all the briar scratches. I just can't part with that truck. It would be anti redneck to sell it. :)

Joe-we're both from LA and have lived in TX for 3 years and love it. The politics aren't nearly as entertaining but its a great place to live and we'll stay as long as they'll have us.

She grew up in Destrehan, LA (just outside of the big sleazy) and I grew up in a place that I doubt you'll ever see on a map but there's one other DRN'er around who knows where it is. Little Caillou, LA. About 60 miles south of the aforementioned big sleazy. Its got one highway that parallels the bayou, no post office, no traffic signals until a few years ago now there's one on the end of town (damn traffic), not even recognized by the post office b/c you have to use the name of the town next door for your mail. We lived in Lafayette for about 4 years, then Monore for 1 1/2 (might as well be Arkansas).

Evenslower- sounds kinda cajun to me... :)

I grew up in a small town too, population less than 100. No traffic lights. Lots of dirtbikin'. Although we did have a post office. Was Monore a typo, maybe meant Monroe? Used to stop in Monroe on way to SA when we drove there couple times in the late 80's- half way point between here and there. You are right about the politics. The left coast is in left field...

Maybe I meant to type Manure!!!!! but I did mean Monroe.

What part of GA are you in? I've got friends in Mableton a little outside ATL that we visit once a year or so. I've also done a little MTBing in the Eton area a few years back.

We are 50 minutes East of Atlanta, just 5 minutes off I20, in Morgan County. The nearest towns are Madison, and Rutledge. We are blessed to have lots of tracks and trails within an hour to hour and a half drive. In fact we are currently planning a Southern Spodefest at Durhamtown Plantation which is 45 minutes East of here in Greene County. May 7-9. See thread in Southern Spodes. It would be a good opportunity to come East to visit your family and for some good dirty fun! :)

Sounds kinda like my hometown: Hobart, WA. We have one main, 2 lane road. One post office/mini mart/gas station, one church, and one butcher. oh yeah, one zip code. The population is somewhere around 500-1500. I have found our town on two maps. One, which is really rather funny, is in the Encyclopedia from 1973 (back then the population was probably closer to 200). It has a double page map of washington state, and hobart is on there. The second map is a washington road map, but the only spot hobart is on there is on the back where they have a blowup of the area around Seattle.

I got a 47% on that quiz, and yes I do know what a chigger is. I read a lot.
