Wellsville, OH?

Has anyone ridden in Wellsville, OH? I've heard of it but have no idea how to get there... Is it a good place for bikes?

Isnt Wellsville up near Steubenville? If it is I know a few guys from around Steubie that might know.

Not sure but I think I read where they closed that place.
