what are the best CO2 cartridge units?

I am looking for opinions on the best CO2 cartridge inflation units?
where to get them --- cheap!!!!

I got mine from Dennis Kirk, it allows you to use only part of a cartridge and it is well built and fairly small. You don't have to get the threaded cartridges either, just the BB gun type. It was under 20 bucks but I can't rememberthe exact amount. If your interested I think that the website is denniskirk.com
