Princess.

Seeing your screen name reminded me of a crucial mistake I made many, many years ago (OK, 11-12 years ago). I called my then wife "Princess". I was quickly informed that she was not the princess, rather the QUEEN!
Sometimes we gotta be whacked on the nose with a rolled-up newspaper, :D but we eventually get the point!

Yeah, right Jaybird! And as far as that shiny rock - no thanks already have one and I don't really care much for it. My daughter likes it though so I gave it to her. I do like my shiny new rigs though!

Sorry GSR but the first thing I look for in a man is how much money he makes! :) I know that if he has enough money he will be able to support me in the manner to which I have become accustomed and I can just ride and play allllllll day! :) :) And we can live happily everafter somewhere in fairytale land where there are NO evil greenies to bother us!

OH MY YAMAHA! what do girls like,dude...........first off, i can tell where your head is because it so appears that you posted this on the womens forum. yetch!!! secondly, there is a problem..right, or you wouldn't be asking COMPLETE STRANGERS! here ya go,all others flame away, don't feel limited to this forum, use my e-mail if you need to use profanity. 1. don't be yourself!why? because if being yourself worked you would not have subjected yourself to this question on an open forum. 2. girls are HORRIBLE LIARS when it comes to "saying what the want in a man" and.."what they really want" (i' know why,:D ) case in piont..a sense of humor is most important,i want a sensitive guy, i want a smart guy...yeh right! that's why all the clowns who cry alot and get good sats have all the dates and the poor studly jocks gotta go to prom with thier sisters.! 3.the reason girls like bad boys, not enough room here for all that, but....they like ,scratch "like",they need, crave confidence in a boy, to the untrained eye,bad boys have that. i could go on,but here's the skinny dude....do SOMETHING for god sakes, something that you feel good about, that requires skill, a commitment to practive, and a certain daring(daring can be replaced with danger) . you gotta be somebody first. beans to what girls want, you figure out what you want, spend time developing yourself into some one that has proven...to yourself...that you can accomplish what ever you set your mind to,then go get 'em tiger. but i gotta tell ya dude, you gotta cowboy up.! ..btw....notice i used words like girls and boys, thing are much different between men and women, but i know alot of 40yr old boys and girls...they're still messed up in all that....VIVA SENOR CRASH...:)

what sfc is trying to say is "they want attention" just like that old Maico.
what he is to proud to admit is "I'm clueless" or "I don't have a manual, shouldn't there be a head gasket, where is the head gasket?" hence the be yourself speech, aka "if you can't make it run, paint it!"

We're not joining the Marines here, this is much more serious! Few can make a living predicting the weather or women. Take a tip from the geniuses on Madison Ave. It's easier to change their minds than predict them.

Thank me later! It's really, really, really my pleasure! Really it is! :p

Walkin' on thin ice...

I gotta say I never learned about women from a man.
Not a thing. Except how to be condecending, patronizing, arrogant, and offensive.
All that chest beating you can throw out the door if pleasing a woman is your goal.
Women, most importantly Denise,are/is the most fun intense experience I have had.
The only thing of value I have to offer her is my integrity.

Ya I'm 17 and am confused too:think. I guess I'm not too worried about it but have found a few things out. Most girls have these "things they look for in a guy" Usually consisting of great: looks, brains, humor, sensitivity, ect...:silly: Meating their expectations is nearly imposible to accomplish if you're yourself. But then there's those guys that are desprit and pretend to have all of those great traits and the girls seem to fall for it. The few girls that can see threw this are the ones to be after in my opinion;). The whole socializing part is where I case it.:scream:

One more thing...

Another thing I've found that works good is to pretend that you like the TERRIBLE music that they listen to (i.e. N SYNC, BSB).

First off thanks for the help. Second yesterday I went for it and asked her out. she said yes and asked me why I didn't ask her out before, and also said that shes seen me ride(My ramps are in view from the road). Anyways she asked if she could try it out sometime, and shes coming with me to the dealer on Saturday to go pick my bike up. So as it turns out she was just like me to shy to do or say anything and the best part is she seems to like bikes.

Well said GSR! Women who ride dirtbikes and the women who support their men who ride are more connected about what REALLY counts in life. We are not the shallow, materialistic-types.

My husband bought me an expensive watch one year for my birthday because his boss suggested that this is what women liked. :silly: I know my husband's intentions were good, but all I could think of was what a waste of money that could have been much better spent on something to do with my bike. I still totally praised him because it was so thoughtful, but I did make it known at a later time that as far as gifts go, the ones that make me go hog wild are the ones that have something to do with dirtbikes. Our Christmas shopping is very easy, we go to the motorcycle store together and treat each other to what we REALLY want. Life is good!

Tree Crippler,
That reminds me of a funny pick-up line that can be used at any seedy bar or nightclub.
