What is a STM 250

I was looking at craigslist and found a 2007 stm 250 for a $1000 dollors. ITs a STM not KTM? The guy who has it knows nothing about it. What is a STM 250???????

That would be my guess as well unless they fat fingered it. If you do a google search a STM 250 is a solar powered maintenance free magnet contact radio module. Do not think that would be ridable. :laugh:
