Which bike to start with?

hello, thies is my first post, so i will intreduce myself.
im 22 years old from Israel, serving in the army at the moment, till 1 march :laugh: can't wait!
i ride mostly quads and currectly i owned Arctic Cat DVX400 06' moded a bit.
anyway let's get back for the reason i open theis theard.
i wanna get an MX bike...
as said before im 22 years old,whight is 68K and hight is 1.73M.
i dont have expirince with bikes
im aggressive rider on my quad
and i want the bike for MX and mybe some woods/trial riding
im not planning to compit with the bike.
dont have that much mechanical knowlge
here in israel it's hard to find mx bikes becuase they iligeal (long story) so it's not going to be a new bike, it will be a used one.
i want inclued my budget becuase it's other prices in here then in usa or europe. just want the best bike that will suit me well!

5'8" 150lbs. I would buy a used 125cc two stroke mx bike, from the following companies:
KTM, Suzuki, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Honda.

yeah that what i thought i would get becuase it suit my budget..but what about the maintain and if i will like to do some more then MX tracks?
which copmany will be the best and what year model?

Maintenance is not bad, buy a service manual that fits your bike (any 125, doesn't matter) and you might need a top end every 40 hours ride time.

any known problems? i thought to get a cr but if i wont find one i will go on the yz and wish we had RM's here, theres a few

YZ is the fastest 125 so if thats what your looking for get that, hondas are very good qualtity and very reliable.

If you're buying one of the major brands, then no, there aren't any specific problems to avoid a specific model, the newest or freshest bike is what you're after.
