Who makes a bed rack for stepside ford rangers?

Hey everyone, I've found tons of websites who make bike racks for pick up truck beds but every one of the sites says they don't make them for the step side trucks. I have a step side ford ranger and does anyone know where I could get a rack that would fit it?
