will 200 pipe fit on 220,, vice-versa

hi,
do you think a pipe from a 200 will fit a 220? given its from the same desing times 95-02... and would that be like putting a rev pipe on a 220?

Your post is very unspecific, what pipe are we talking about? Given the wording of your question I'm guessing you're talking about the stock pipe. The stock pipe on 1995 to 2003 KDX200's and 1997 to 2003 KDX220's is exactly the same so NO it wouldn't be like a rev pipe.

wow,,, how can one bike be tuned for rev (200) and the other tuned for bottom end (220),, but have the exact same pipe? amazing.

nevada: Note that the 'rev' (-30) on the 200 is commonly called a 'torque' on the 220. Still, the external fitment allows fit between the mentioned bikes.

Certainly the result is not the SAME. You won't get the same result putting a KG-30 on a 200 as you would a 220. Along the same line, but not THE same.
