I have done all of the jetting steps and have the bike running great, but
it still drools from the silencer junction. What could cause this I'm running the bike at 6000 ft. air temp 65 F. main 155,pilot 48, needle 1172n #3 slide #6, fmf pipe, mobile 1 premix full syn, 40:1. NGK BR9ES,
air screw 1/2 turn out(only way to stop bike from bogging off idle)
does anyone else have this problem? or a suggestion?

I'm no expert, but, I think your still running rich, maybe one size down on the jets. I have the same jetting (except air screw) and my pilot is rich but my main is sandy brown (I'm at sea level).

Just my $.02

It's normal for "any" 2 stroke to do this..

If I were you I wouldn't worry about it.. If you are really picky, you could try going a bit leaner, repack your silencer, or run a different oil/mix..

I'm not sure what your stock jetting is but, from their go down one size on both main and pilot. Air screw should be around 1 1/2 out ? Take the air filter lid off or at least cut in half. If you lug the motor a lot try a BR7 plug, you should at least have a BR8ES. Do you have a KDX 200..

when was the last topend? if it needs that much fuel at 6000ft it sounds like its a bit low on compression.
