Wish time - what bikes do you hope to ride at DW?

Okay, as DW gets closer and closer... what bikes are you hoping to throw a leg over at DW? Last year JP was kind enough to let me turn a few laps on his 250F and I fell in love. A few weeks later I had to go get me one.


This year I hope to give a KX/RM 100 a try in the WOODS. Yep... I said it... the trees, woods, timber, trails... OH MY! It would be killer to ride one in the women's hare scramble since I have an extreme fear of woods. :scream:

Well, I distinctly remember what happened when I tried out Motohead00's kTm250rfs ;)

This year, I'm hoping to try out anyone's YZ250F, and also Tony Eed's kTm400EXC for kicks.

Glad you asked.  For years, I've been saying that I was going to test ride a 500AF, but I never seem to get around to it, or when I do, AJ isn't around.  So, this year, my goal is to ride open MX bikes.  500AF, YZ450F, and CRF450.  There should be lots of these around, so that shouldn't be too hard.

I too rode JP's 250F and loved it.  The only problem was, I stalled it and couldn't get it started.  Zoomer had to walk out there and start it for me.

I'd like to take a swing on Mr. Luckey's KTM too.  I rode Mikeb's KTM last year and it's a sweet ride except for the HARD seat.:thumb:

Oh, and if anyone has an '03 (or '04) KTM 450 EXC RFS, I'd like to try out one of those too.

I'm really hoping to try an '04 CRF450 for a little more than a trip around a parking lot. :)

Maybe a GasGas 250...

I really want to ride Timr's KDX again, but only because that would put him on my KTM 440 :laugh:

This is very very Dangerous. Last year a DW, I rode Gomers CRF450 and LOVED IT! I couldn't stop thinking about buying one all year.

This year I'd like to ride a yz450, Crf450 again,

And because I'm thinking of getting another 2 stroke as a 3rd bike.

I'd like to ride a newer KTM 300, YZ250, and a cr250.

I'm with Okie, i'd like to ride my bike more. I'd like to try a WR version of my 450 in the 250 caliber. For those who want to ride a YZ450F just stop by the Damn Yankee camp and take mine out. I promise the bars wont be bent and forks spewing oil. :)
