does anyone know if an XM radio purchased in canada can be registered in the U.S? i have relatives in Arizona that are coming to winnipeg for Christmas and i was wondering if an xm receiver given as a gift would be eligable for U.S registration. (p.s to all canadians, we dont get the xm extreme channel 152 up here. no supercross live for us)

I'm not sure about XM, but I've heard stuff about Sirius. Apparently Canadian Sirius won't air the Howard Stern show once it starts but I've heard that Canadians who purchase their receivers in the states can register it at home and still get the Stern show. Not sure if that helps, but maybe you've got a shot!
