yz125 in the woods

How do u guys think it would be if i took my yz125 up in the woods? I dont have that much experience, only been riding for a few months. Does anyone have any thoughts? Would I do fine or would I kill myself lol. I would really like to hear some opinions. Thanks

i ride mine in the woods (well as woodsy as florida gets)
its actully not to bad of bike in woods. just make sure your jetting is good and i switched to 12t front 50 rear sprockets
you can also run a flywheel weight

Lots of people do, me included. Do a search, here, and you'll be able to find many threads discussing this subject.

Also, do work on properly jetting your bike. It will be a lot easier to ride! :nod:

I rode mine in the trails ALL summer
At first, It was a little strange
Your Brakes are your friend. and dont be upset if the bike feels unpredictable at times
the powerband can be tricky. but you will get used to it after enough practice
Once you are comfortable, you'll love the 125
Just remember: You only go as fast as you want to...
Start slow, work your way up. You will wipe out time to time. but jus get back up
Take it gradually. and have fun!
