YZ250 tire sizes

Hey everyone.

I searched and searched but I couldn't find any answers.

I have a 2005 yz250 with stock tires. Im getting D952 front and back tires. The problem is, is that I dont't know which size to get for my stock rims.

If anyone could help me out, that would be great.

Rear: 110/90-19
