New MX Track near Fenton ?

I heard a rumor that someone is planning on opening a new MX track near Fenton. Outdoor track this Summer with a large indoor track next winter.

Anyone heard of this ?

Check the "north" section on Thumpertalk. Quite a bit off talk on that site. Its going to be in Holly if it happens. It would save me about 30 miles one way compared to Baja.
