Well I didn't get any taller but it looks like the weights & creatine is helping increase muscle I'm up to 223# but a noticable decrease in flab. :)

12/1/02 - 5'10" and 168#'s

This is the most i've ever weighed and 16#'s heavier than i was at Dirtweek. Having a broken ankle i havent done squat except sit on the couch and eat. I cant even button my 32" waist jeans. (I know, poor baby! :) ) Atleast i get to start riding the exersice bike at PT tomorrow.

 

Update: 12/18/02  i'm down to 158 lbs!! :yeehaw:  10 down, 8 to go.

I graduated high school wearing 34" pants, to still be in 32" is amazing... :worship:
