02 yz wouldn't start after stalling

My yz125 can start in gear if I stall it, easily.

But after my mech have done some polishing work in the internal,
now it wouldn't start in gear, I will have to find neutral, wait a while, to let it cool down, before I can get it to fire again.

What could be the problem? My mech say to upsize the pilot jet would solve the problem.

Please advice, thanks.

I would talk to the mechanic and see just want kinda work he did... usually if I have something worked on, and it doesn't work right when I get it back, I take it back. Perhaps a jetting issue... who knows.
