03 kx 250 trans oil

How much oil in trans...I dont have a manual. Just curious as i changed it the other day and put in over a litre. Its just right at the very top of the glass. Anyone know forsure. Just seems like alot compared to other bikes ive had.Thanks

I think the amount should be stamped, just above where the kickstarter bolts on, you have to push the kicker down to see it.

Thanks. A little more shoudnt hurt. I put in bout 1000 ml...supposed to be 850ml. Thanks again
