04-05 CRF250R Exhaust on X model

I was just wondering if it is possible to put a CRF250R exhaust on a 06 CRF250X without having to rejet to 04-05 R Spec.
Also wanted to know if there would be any performance inprovements or db increase.

I am syre it is possible, it should work fine, Performance is better in the mid range and you may need to jet. We upped the jetting a tad.
