Recently got a 06 RM250. I have noticed a knocking type sound coming from the clutch side of the engine when the clutch is engaged. The noise goes quiter when I pull the clutch in. I recently checked the clutch baskett and plates and it all looked fine. Any suggestions? Could it be a main bearing or is it more likely to be one of the roller/needle bearings?

Not entirely sure if this will help you since my RM's ('03) never made a "knock", but it's always made a lot of clutch-side noise... almost goes away when lever is pulled in. And all is within specs and in good shape behind the cover.
