Depends on what you need. If you're looking for fairly generic things like cables or sprockets or something, you can get some stuff at denniskirk.com. If you are looking for parts specific to the bike, Suzuki still has some stuff available. Twowheelcorp.com has a decent Suzuki parts fiche and you can also do a web search on "Suzuki parts fiche" and find some others. All the prices should be about the same. Then there's always the Bay of E. Suzuki TS250s from 1977 to 1979 are very similar and the parts exchange well, but most parts from the earlier and later versions don't exchange at all. I will tell you though, as the owner of a 1979 TS250, that used parts for this vintage of TS250 are a lot more rare than for the earlier TS250s. I also have a 1974 TS250 and I'm able to find used parts for it a lot easier to find. The later model of the TS250 is a more advanced bike than the earlier one with a lot more pop, but many of the other brands from the late 70s have passed Suzuki in development and they didn't sell nearly as many of the late 70s TS250 as that had in the early 70s when it was considered a hot little dual sport.

Good luck,
Patrick

does anyone here have the lighting set up on their TS? I bought a '79, and all the wiring and electrical parts are in a box: a big, mysterious box. If you have the electrics set up, could I get some pics of how it is wedged onto the frame, and where all the little doodads go? This is the last thing standing between me and the open road...

rewire manual

Drodge- is it a wiring diagram, or an actual manual for dummies like me, where it says something like "connect this part right here, and this part goes on this piece, etc"? I ahve both Haynes, and Clymer, and even a color wiring diagram that I found online, and maybe I don't know how to read a wiring diagram (not well), or I just really need it spelled out for me. part of my problem is I have no friends with bikes, so I can't even see how things usually get fit onto a bike... Please let me know what you have

I have the manuel that came with the bike, right from suzuki, and if it helps let me know I'll try to put on a pic but don't know if it will post.

I think you can email it to me direct, if you click on my screen name and click on the send email to... If you can't add it on to an email from this site, I will at least have your email, then I can send you a reply so you will have mine. I appreciate the help, very much so. You rooting for the Oilers?

1977 Suzuki TS R 250

Greetings fellow bikers. I am in the process of restoring my fathers 1977 Suzuki TS R 250 which has been in the shed for the previous 10 years. Prior to that it has copped a fair bit of punishment out on the farm and i am keen to give some deserved attention. I am on the lookout for a manual for the bike and also wiring and circuit diagrams so i can re-rig the lights. Any help would be appreciated. Ride on, Mearle
