Hi All,

Not been on for a while so i hope every one is in good health and riding fine.

Well here is my problem i have just had my rear shock re-oiled,Gassed and at present it is set to the standard settings it feels ok but im not to sure if it is set right. Now for the embarrassing bit i weigh 16st 10lb in all my gear ( bit of a chunky monkey) and was wondering if any one out there had any rough setting so i can set it up a bit better the main track that i race has loads of sky jumps and table tops.

Thanks in advance
Chris

You're probably going to need a heavier spring........maybe 2 steps up? When seated on bike you should have a sag of aprox 100mm (measure from axle to reference point on fender) After acheiving that, check static sag (it's own sag without you on it) should be aprox 35mm. To little static sag?........you need heavier spring. Check Race Tech's site (spring maker) I think they have a chart to get you in the ballpark.
