2000 250 exc jetting

I have a 2000 250 exc with a recently installed gnarly pipe and power core 2 silencer. It spooges out of the silencer and does not run real crisp down low. I have never messed with jetting before, any suggestions? PS I am located in the Hudson Valley NY about 70 miles north of NYC

if you have the stock NOZ_ needle, try the second clip from the top, and set your air screw just to the lean side of what is considered proper. That should clean up the lower throttle opening a little bit.
