I'm trying to diagnose a CR80 with no spark. So far I've:
1. Unplugged the kill switch.
2. Tried a new plug.
3. Put an ohm meter across the trigger and observed it make/break as I crank.
4. Put a volt meter across the stator and observed 10-12vac from the stator.
5. Used a 12v battery directly to the coil and made the plug fire.
6. Installed a used module from ebay (supposedly good).
So now I'm wondering if I've got a bad module or the stator output is too low. Does anyone know what the stator output should be or is there another way to check it? Any other suggestions?
Thanks in advance for your help.
